To maintain the quality and credibility of our business portal, we have established a clear set of policies and criteria that all businesses must meet. These guidelines are designed to ensure that all listings not only meet but exceed the expectations of our users, creating a seamless and trustworthy experience for both businesses and consumers on Siam Business Guide. By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to create a trustworthy and effective platform supports the success and growth of businesses in Thailand.

Free Listing Policy for Business

We accept only businesses that meet at least one of the following criteria:

(1) Official Website Domain

  • Your business must have an official website with its own domain name (e.g., www.businessname.com).
  • We do not accept websites with other country-specific domains (e.g., .co.uk, .ca, .in) for free listings.
  • Websites using subdomains (e.g., th.example.com) or subdirectories (e.g., example.com/th or example.com/thailand) derived from a global main domain (e.g., example.com) to target Thailand audiences are not eligible for free listings.

(2) Company Email with Own Domain

  • Your business must use a professional email address with its own domain (e.g., info@businessname.com).
  • Generic email providers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) are not accepted for free listings.

(3) Company Registration License

  • Your business must provide a valid company registration license or proof of legal incorporation.
Additional Note: Each business listing must have a unique email address, phone number, and website that exclusively represents one business name. We do not allow sharing the same contact information across multiple business listings on our platform. Every business must use its own distinct contact details and website to ensure clarity and accuracy in our directory.

 

By submitting your business for a free listing, you agree to comply with our policies and provide accurate and up-to-date information. This policy ensures that our directory remains a trusted resource for businesses and entrepreneurs.
